Missed Appointment Policy

We have updated our Missed Appointment Policy. Please read this in its entirety.

Out of respect and consideration for our practice members; we kindly ask you to honor your scheduled appointment time. Please note that appointment space is limited daily, and our doctors have waiting lists.

While we understand unexpected events occur, in our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, we ask that you please give a minimum 24-hour advance notice when canceling an appointment

For all surgery cancellations, we ask for a 48-hour notice. To cancel or reschedule, please call us during business hours or leave a message with our after-hours service and we will return your call. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule and utilize your valuable appointment space.

We are willing to excuse one missed veterinary appointment. (not including surgeries) Any further appointments you book will require a $100.00 deposit at the time of scheduling.

If you do not show up for your appointment, without a prompt notification of any cancellations/revisions to your appointment, Pierce Veterinary Clinic reserves the right to keep the $100.00 deposit

All new clients and surgery appointments must leave a $100.00 deposit at the time of scheduling.

We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to keeping your pets happy and healthy.
