We understand unanticipated events occasionally occur. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients time we ask that you give a minimum 24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment. All surgery cancellations we ask for 48 hour notice. To cancel or reschedule, please call us during business hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule and utilize your valuable appointment space.

We are happy to excuse one missed veterinary appointment. Any further appointments you book will require a $75.00 deposit at the time of scheduling.

If you do not show up for your appointment, and you do not notify us of any cancelations/revisions to your appointment in a timely manner, Pierce Veterinary Clinic reserves the right to keep the $75.00 deposit.
