We are continuing to put forth our best efforts to keep our
clients and staff healthy while still caring for your fur babies. Our clinic will remain open and continue to see appointments but at this time we've decided to take further precautions to help
prevent the spread of COVID-19 and promote social distancing.
Effective 3-18-2020 & until further notice our clinic will
be implementing additional precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This will include limiting access to our facility
by keeping our entryway doors locked.
Appointments: To protect clients as well as our staff, we will be limiting the number of people entering our building.
When you arrive with your pet please call the clinic to let us know you’re here. A technician will take your pet’s history over the phone, and meet you outside your car to retrieve your
pet & bring them in for their exam. The doctor will call your cell phone to discuss exam findings and treatments. When your pet’s appointment is finished we will call & take payment over the
phone, and a technician will bring your pet back out to you.
Prescriptions, Food, and other supplies: Please call ahead with a list of the medications/supplies you are in need of.
Please allow 24 hours for us to fill your requests. When you arrive to pick up, please call the clinic. We will take payment over the phone and bring the items out to your car.
If you are unable to call from your car please ring our doorbell located inside the foyer.
Thank you so much- we appreciate your help in keeping everyone healthy so we can continue to care for your
Pierce Veterinary Clinic
To all our valued clients: we have a new policy regarding appointments.
Missed appointment policy
Out of respect and consideration for our practice members, we kindly ask you to honor your scheduled appointment time. Please note that appointment space
is limited daily and our doctors and groomer have waiting lists.
We understand unanticipated events occasionally occur. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients’ time, we ask that you give a minimum
24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule and utilize your valuable appointment space.
We are happy to excuse one missed veterinary or grooming appointment. Any further appointments you book will require a $50.00 deposit at the time
of scheduling. We hope everyone will understand our new changes. If you have any questions please call and speak with Linda.
