UPDATE:
All appointments will be curbside until further notice. If you have a
scheduled appointment, please call from your car when you arrive to the parking lot. A technician will come out to your vehicle to get your pet & all discussions will be done over the phone. Pets
MUST be in a carrier or attached to a secure leash. Our lobby will remain open & masks are required in the building.
Just a reminder that are no longer offering our rabies vaccination clinic. Please call us to set up your pets vaccination
appointment.

Missed appointment policy
Out of respect and consideration for our practice members, we kindly ask you to honor your scheduled appointment time. Please note that appointment space
is limited daily and our doctors and groomer have waiting lists.
We understand unanticipated events occasionally occur. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our client's time we ask that you give
a minimum 24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment. All surgery cancellations we ask for a 48 hour notice. Please call us during business hours.This allows the opportunity for
someone else to schedule and utilize your valuable appointment space.
We are happy to excuse one missed veterinary or grooming appointment. Any further appointments you book will require a $50.00 deposit at the time
of scheduling. We hope everyone will understand our new changes. If you have any questions please call and speak with Linda.

Dental appointment policy
Due to the amount of time that we set aside for your pets dental appointment,we are asking a $50.00 deposit be placed when making your pets dental appointment. This $50.00
will go towards your bill. We do ask for a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel that appointment. If we do not receive a 48 hour notice that $50.00 is non refundable. Please contact us during
business hours for any cancellations.
